Connecting and moving the right data, everywhere it needs to go. We connect every data source in your business into a single clean warehouse — and build the APIs to move that data wherever it needs to go. No more reconciling exports or waiting on IT.
What We Build
Data infrastructure is the foundation everything else runs on. If your data is scattered across SaaS platforms, legacy databases, flat files, and manual exports, nothing downstream — dashboards, models, reports — will ever be reliable. We fix that first.
- • Multi-source ETL pipelines — ingest from any source: databases, SaaS platforms, flat files, live APIs
- • Automated sync & refresh — a single clean warehouse, live-synced and queryable on your schedule
- • API design & integration — outbound APIs to push data to partners and downstream systems
- • You own the infrastructure — your cloud, your code, zero recurring platform fees
How It Works in Practice
A typical engagement starts with a data audit: we map every source system, identify the joins, and design a warehouse schema that answers the questions your business actually asks. From there we build automated pipelines that extract, transform, and load data on a schedule — every five minutes, hourly, or daily depending on the use case.
On the outbound side, we build RESTful APIs that let your partners, apps, and downstream systems pull or receive the data they need in real time. No more emailing CSVs. No more manual reconciliation. The data flows where it needs to go, automatically and reliably.
Built to Last, Not to Lock In
Everything we build runs on standard, open technologies — PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Python, TypeScript. No proprietary connectors, no vendor-specific orchestration layers. The infrastructure deploys to your cloud account and the code lives in your repository. If you want to extend it, maintain it, or hand it to another team later, you can — because there is nothing proprietary to unwind.
Like all our work, data infrastructure qualifies as a capitalizable intangible asset and is typically SR&ED eligible — so you get a balance-sheet asset and a potential tax credit instead of another SaaS bill.

Frequently Asked Questions
What data sources can you connect?
Any source with an accessible interface: relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server), cloud warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake), SaaS platforms (HubSpot, Shopify, Google Analytics, Salesforce), flat files, and custom REST or GraphQL APIs.
How often does the data refresh?
Configurable based on your needs — from every 5 minutes (as in our case study) to hourly or daily. Refresh frequency is a function of the source system's constraints and your operational requirements.
Do we need to migrate away from our existing systems?
No. We build the warehouse alongside your existing systems and connect to them via CDC (change-data-capture) or API. Your transactional database keeps running exactly as before.
Is data infrastructure capitalizable?
Yes. ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and API layers built as custom software qualify as intangible assets under IFRS IAS 38 and Canadian ASPE Section 3064, and typically qualify for SR&ED tax credits.
