Your dashboards. No Power BI required.

Custom BI built on your data — no per-seat licensing, no Premium tier, no gateway headaches. Delivered fast and yours to keep.

A custom dashboard costs ~$12k once. Power BI Premium for 25 seats costs that every 13 months.

One build replaces years of subscriptions. Yours forever, zero monthly fees.

// faq

How long does migration actually take?+

Most Power BI replacements land in 2–4 weeks. We usually run the new dashboard alongside Power BI for a sprint so you can cancel the subscription confidently — no overlap costs, no rushed cutover.

What about row-level security and live refresh?+

Both included, not Premium add-ons. Auth, row-level security, and live refresh are built into the app from day one — not locked behind a higher tier.

Can we reuse our existing DAX and data model?+

Yes. The DAX measures, data model, and business logic you've already built can seed the custom version. Nothing is wasted — we port what's working and drop what isn't.

// honest disclaimer — this isn't for you if:

  • ×Your Microsoft commitment is fixed for non-technical reasons (corporate mandate, partnership tier). Power BI is staying — no point going further.
  • ×Your Power BI footprint is fewer than 5 seats. Switching costs will likely outweigh the savings.
  • ×Your finance team has settled on OpEx predictability as a strategic choice. The audit's recommendation pushes the other way.

Legacy BI Replacement Audit

A detailed comparison of your current BI stack against a custom-built equivalent — 3-year total cost of ownership, IFRS/ASPE capitalization eligibility, SR&ED tax credit potential, and switching risk. You'll have the full picture before committing to anything.

  • If you hire me, the $250 is credited in full to your build.
